Quiet Time is between 10pm to 8am. You will be responsible for any damage to the property during your stay. Six-month lease from October 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023. This home is was completely renovated in the Summer 2022 and is a short-term rental from April 1 through September 30 of every year. The home has lake and forest views and comes fully-furnished with all brand-new amenities & fixtures. All utilities & Wi-Fi are paid by owner. One pet allowed for a non-refundable deposit of $200. Security refundable deposit of $1,000 to be paid prior to move-in, and there is a $50 non-refundable application fee. No smoking, no parties, no events. Tenant responsible for: moving outdoor furniture into provided shed during winter months; maintaining landscaping; keeping house in good repair.
