    It is a studio with an independent entrance on Robinson Street, it has a reception area with a half-moon staircase and a large storage room below the stairs, it has a bathroom, wooden floors, appliances included, very nice and spacious, pets are not allowed, it has air conditioning and heating, it has very good natural ventilation and it has a very beautiful balcony, this studio does not have an internet connection but you can put internet or cable whatever you like. This studio is very close to the center of Martinez, we are 8 or 10 blocks away, where every weekend there are some events and we also find many restaurants, bars and some other entertainment or fun, 5 blocks away is the Safeway, and 3 blocks away is the Martinez hospital. The owner will be responsible for the following utilities: water, garbage, electricity and gas. Animals and pets are not allowed. Parking would be on the avenue. We are looking for responsible, hard-working and serious people. No loud parties are allowed. We need people who respect our neighbors. We are a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. We do not like problems or problematic people. THIS STUDIO WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL OCTOBER.
