Alterations: Tenants may not make any permanent alterations to the property without prior written consent from the landlord. Subletting: Subletting the property is not permitted without the landlord's prior written consent. Insurance: Tenants are to obtain renter's insurance to cover their personal belongings and liability. Compliance with Laws: Tenants must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
