During winter months, bringing snow chains is highly recommended. The stairs in the townhouse are very steep, so ensure that children, especially toddlers, are careful and use handrails. Small pets are approved on a case-by-case basis with an additional fee. Parties that may result in damage to the townhouse or any of its contents are not allowed.
