Only off season rental (November - May), minimum 3 month lease with month to month option after lease ends, but no longer than May 30th, 2025. Owner pays all utilities during the mid-term rental. Utilities (electric, internet, trash, sewer/water) included in the monthly rental price. Credit and background checks are required and all fees must be paid by the applicant.
