    What's special

    I am renting out my house, starting March 15th or April 1st. There is some flexibility with the terms. Awesome location in Fremont, just a block from the Burke Gilman trail and the shipping canal. This is my home, and I will be still on the premises living in the upstairs apartment which is a separate unit but communicates with a stairway. We would have separate living quarters but they communicate somewhat. It's a funky/cool layout, you have to see it. It's a cool house with good vibes. Looking for a one year lease. If you're interested in checking it out, I'm hoping to do a covid-safe walk through this coming Sunday, February 7th. The space for rent is a house with two full floors(3+ bedrooms), approximately 1600 SF. First floor has living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bath and a great sun room for a home office or workout room. Bottom floor is basically a full apartment with full living room, 3/4bath, bedroom and an efficiency kitchen (I used to AirBnB the space alone). Bottom floor also has washer and dryer and some space to store stuff. The space has a total of three bedrooms with a couple other nice rooms to spread out, both floors have a separate entrance. There is a small apartment on the top floor (and separate entrance) that is not included and will be where I will be living. The house is not completely soundproof, and as such I'd be really happy to not have party animals as neighbors. There is a nice yard out back for hanging out in peace and quiet, or chill out on the front porch and watch the world go by. There is some gardening space if you want to test your green thumb skills. The backyard has a grill,patio furniture and small fire pit. The house is about 90 years old with good bones. I have been spending the last few years working hard to fix it up, and would love to have some tenants with a gentle spirit to enjoy this cool spot. I put a lot of love into this house, and will be a responsive landlord if anything needs attention. The house is currently populated with furniture. If you are interested in using some/all of it, we can work out an arrangement in that regard. This is the general layout: Main-Level: Living Room(TV), Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms, Bathroom, "Sunset Room", and access to the backyard Downstairs: 1 Bedroom, 3/4 bath, large living room, laundry room, access to street side of house. There is also currently a fridge, microwave and coffee maker down there. (I have more pictures and video tours on a Google Album. Send me an email and I can send you the links.) Perks: - A nice backyard with deck, hammock area, planting beds and automatic watering system - One small parking spot in the driveway, street parking is easy(er) and ample - Awesome Neighbors! - Walking distance to bars, coffee, restaurants, grocery, convenience stores, Fremont Pizza and Hales Ales. - Close to 28X and 40 bus lines - 1 block from Burke-Gilman Trail One year lease. $2000 security deposit + first month rent due at signing Last months rent due at move in. Owner pays all utilities, including internet (CenturyLink fiber). This is usually $350-500 per month. No pets, no smoking...sorry. Just FYI, I am looking for renters with these qualificaitons (standard stuff): 1. Credit score of 600+ 2. Total renter income of 3x the monthly rent 3. Willingness to let us do a background check and reference check
