Office and internet for a 'working vacation'. Electric, Water & Sewer included. Cable & Internet to be reimbursed to homeowner. The open concept kitchen/living area open to back patio, which backs to green space and golf course. Send friends into the adjoining game room for Foosball or air hockey, or they can sit at the grill area and watch the 'grill master' at work. Walk across the street to tennis courts, drive to our private park on the lake, or sit on the front porch and enjoy a lake breeze and possible peak-a-boo look at the lake while you catch up on a good read. Kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and pantry. Eat at the snack bar, or at the table in this roomy kitchen. Spacious laundry room. Beautiful tile in all common areas and carpet in bedrooms. Relax in master suite that's fit for a king and his queen, with his and hers vanities, separate tub and shower areas, and access from your suite directly to back patio. Driving range and clubhouse are just 4/10ths of a mile away and private fitness center, Jr. Olympic pool, library and marina are only about 1/2 mile further. Floating restaurant and watercraft rental also in community, once re-opened. These amenities are currently closed, due to COVID-19, but the golf-course, driving range, park, frisbee golf, and tennis courts are open (with social distancing requirements) and available to use at no charge for now. There is a private boat launch at the park. Garage contains owner items so will be locked off and is not included. Normally rents for $250 - $350 per night. Home is available late May through late October. Looking for minimum 30+ day rental. Would consider discount, applied at end of lease, for multiple month rental. Vacation rental that we're currently unable to rent on a nightly basis. We're flexible on duration with availability starting late May and available through mid-October. Must rent for a minimum of 31 days, per community guidelines.
