This home is conveniently located near Hampton University and Buckroe Beach both being less than 2 miles. It is also located near Langley Air Force Base, Sentara Hospital, Newport News Shipbuilding, and Naval Station Norfolk, all less than 10 miles. Utilities included are water/sewage, electric, and WiFi. Main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a day bed with two twins. All linen included along with kitchen essentials and cleaning products. Parking for 3 vehicles. Patio furniture and charcoal grill available. Backyard is gated. Security system with exterior cameras is on the property. Cleaning and upkeeping by the tenant is necessary. Cleaning services is available for a fee during your stay upon request. 1. Minimum lease is 30 days. Owner pays utilities with a monthly cap (Electric max is $175, Water/Sewage max is $75). Overage will be billed to the tenant. Please conserve. 2. Tenant must provide their own renters insurance to cover their property. 3. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the property in the same manner as received. Should something minor break, tenant should fix. Notify owner of major issues. Spills should be cleaned immediately to avoid stains. 4. Small furniture can be moved for comfort but returned upon move-out. Large furniture (couch, bed, dresser) should remain in place. Inside furniture should remain inside, and outside furniture should remain outside. 5. Events and parties not allowed on this property. 6. Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the back. Do not park in neighbor's driveway or parking lot. 7. Cleanliness is required. Cleaning products provided. Cleaning service available for a fee upon request. Trash should be dumped regularly to avoid overflow. Outdoor green bin is for regular trash. Outdoor gray bin is for recycled trash. 8. No smoking of any kind allowed inside. 9. No pets of any kind allowed anywhere on the property. 10. Tenant is welcomed to have guests, however please note the maximum overnight occupancy allowed by the City of Hampton is five. Guest staying overnight should not exceed 3 nights within a 30 day period. Please discuss with owner in advance.
