This is a town home with 2 rooms and bathroom on top and living area and kitchen. It has Washer and Dryer in-house. This home is very safe and secure and we have had no complains in the two years we stayed here. This is a lovely home in a beautiful community with warm and friendly neighborhood. We have the lease till Sept 19 2020 and whoever comes can takeover the lease and extend it. The price that we got was at a cheaper rate hence you could maintain that rate whereas similar properties in our community is now at 3200 and upwards. We will also pay 1 month rent for May so whover comes in gets that free for that month. The schools elementary - GardenGate and middle school -Lawson Middle are both very close by and really good schools. Shopping -lot of shopping options, restaurants near by.
