This apartment is quaint and cozy, it is close to all shopping places. It has it's own in unit storage walk in closet/room. Every bathroom has 2 medicine cabinets for a his and hers medicine and personal hygiene item storage. Each Medicine cabinet has a mirrored front door that is 45 degrees from the large vanity mirror in front of the sink, which creates a 3 sided panoramic view of your self for getting ready in the morning. The unit has been fitted with a hardwood like laminate flooring all through out the apartment, except the kitchen an bathroom which is ceramic tile. all the apartment floors are easy to clean, and better for allergies, versus wall to wall carpet. The unit also has it's own assigned basement chain link locker for extra storage. Tenants may store large bulky items in the larger general area of the basement. The apartment was renovated around 2014, and now has a fresh paint job, with staining touch ups etc. Every apartment in this complex has it own gas fired forced air furnace, and central air conditioning unit, also new and newer appliances, stove and refrigerator. Car Ports are available for rent, at $20.00 per month. Water and Gas are included in the rent, Electricity is the responsibility of the Tenants. Pet Cat or small animal pet rent is an extra $5 for each pet. Carports rent for $15 a month and are leased separately. No limit on how many to rent as long as there is one available. each carport is $15 per month. I run credit checks through a company called TVS, renters who are interested, should provide their full legal name and E-mail address. The cost for a credit check is $35.90
