Kitchen: You are welcome to cook in the attached kitchenette that comes stocked with pots and pans, dishes and utensils, gas stove, microwave, rice cooker and mini fridge. Start your morning with a complimentary cup of freshly brewed coffee from our Keurig. Laundry and Iron: Laundry room is shared with the tenants in our main house. Laundry hamper, detergents are provided for your use. A handy garment steamer is provided for your use. We provide you with fresh linens, extra sheets, pillows, towels and bathroom essentials. House Rules: No smoking, vaping or drugs. No partying. No unregistered guests allowed.
