The home is connected to a working farm and ranch that produces vegetables and beef. Every person over 18 must submit an application and pay a $35 fee. Pet deposit is $200 per pet. Half of pet deposits are non-refundable. If you need to move in at the middle of the month, I will prorate the rent for the second month. Tenant is responsible for utilities, garbage service, mowing and propane.
