Rent: $1,480.00 Student Rent: $1,400.00 Deposit: $800.00 Utilities included are: PG&E, Water, Garbage & Sewer, WiFi I am a professional female living in the house with my 6 pound dog. I do not work from home and will be at work most of the day. My dog will stay upstairs the majority of the day. I am looking for an individual who is responsible, clean, tidy, respectful, professional, and easygoing. The other tenant is hardly home. She's respectful, clean, and keeps to herself. Room will be available for viewing upon request. No Drugs No Smoking / No Vaping No Weapons Guests are fine just no more than twice a week, and they should leave at a reasonable hour. I don't provide storage. Just be clean please.
