1. This was the model home of the entire track when it's built with the largest front yard in the neighborhood; 2. Because the house sits by a canyon, in summer time, coupled with the matured trees, the canyon draft cools down the temperature drastically - the difference in temperature is about 10 to 20 F between the front yard and backyard. And because it's located on the top of the hill, it's about 5 F cooler than the valley in Diamond Bar. So we normally don't turn on the air cond except for about a week in August.
