The best landlord in the Lansing area, or so we've been told our tenants, has as a 2 Bedroom 1 bath apartment on lower level of 6 unit building in residential area. Newer carpet in living area and bedrooms, very quiet baseboard heat and wall A/C. Off street parking and coin laundry in building. Rent is $950 a month and includes trash, water and sewer as well as hot water. Tenants pay electric, heat is electric. This is a no smoking, no pet property. The primary reason that our tenants say we are the best is when things go wrong, as they invariably do, we pick up our phone 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We are on site as soon as possible and certainly within 24 hours. If you want the best, schedule a showing. No smoking or vaping allowed on property, smokers need not apply. No pets of any kind allowed.
