Rent is $995 a month and includes trash, water and sewer as well as hot water. Tenants pay electric, heat is electric. This is a no smoking, no pet property. The primary reason that our tenants say we are the best is when things go wrong, as they invariably do, we pick up our phone 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
