Both bedrooms have luggage racks, there are USB charging areas in both bedrooms and the kitchen and living room. There's a Washer and Dryer inside your unit. Free WiFi, There are Smart TV's in most rooms with cable channels and a 65 inch Samsung in Living Room. An Electric Fireplace in Living Room, Big Comfy Reclining sofas to watch your shows and movies and remote controlled blackout blinds. The place is very quiet but just in case there's 2 portable white noise machines-1 in living room which we have found useful to get our dogs used to new surroundings. If you have a dog, it has a sunny walled in courtyard. Your dog must be well behaved and house broken. Includes 1 personal covered carport space. There is also free guest and street parking. For peace of mind it's a security guard, gated entry community with 24 hour controlled access strictly regulating who can enter the community to ensure only authorized individuals gain entry. There are Electric Vehicle charging stations. Beautiful Laguna Woods borders the charming coastal town of Laguna Beach, just 6 miles to the water/ocean with resort style living with lots of greenery. Bordering Irvine only 3 miles to Irvine Spectrum and right outside the gated community are great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, world class shopping, galleries and boutiques, hospital/medical care, grocery stores and churches. Convenient and centrally located in Orange County, close to the Sawdust Art Festival and Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach. Quick access to the to the 5 and 405 freeways, About 15 minutes to Newport Beach, 25 minutes to Anaheim home to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Honda Center home of the NHL Team The Ducks and a Major Concert Venue, and Angel Stadium home to MLB team the Angels. John Wayne Airport is just 15 minutes away. As our home is a seasonal vacation rental, it is often occupied by guests. To respect their privacy and comfort, we are not always able to accommodate in-person tours. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and would be happy to send a video tour, allowing you to experience the property and its features from wherever you are. $160 One time total fee for use of all amenities for 2 people on application/lease paid directly to HOA. HOA requires credit/background check on all applicants $39.95 per person paid at application. Owner pays internet, cable and all utilities except electricity. Only House Broken Dogs will be considered. For insurance purposes will need to know breed and age. No puppies, No cats or other animals. $150 pr month pet rent. This is a NON-Smoking unit in a non-smoking complex. There's a $200 one time cleaning fee. If you'd like a house cleaner to come in during your stay we can arrange it for you. For a third resident occupying the condo per HOA rules payable to HOA $181 per month x how many months in full paid at application. Per HOA rules there's a 3 person maximum occupancy for our 2 bedroom condo.
