Dec/Jan Sublet-Above Garage Apartment-Furnished This is a cute and adequate lofted apartment. The apartment is up one flight of stairs and has a good sized room that functions as a den and a kitchen. There is a small full bathroom that leads to the bedroom in the back. It's an addition above the garage to the larger home. The way the apartment is built it feels very dethatched from the main house and sound does not travel between homes. There is a private staircase to enter the apartment. Being the tallest home in the neighborhood, the apartment has a spectacular view of both the East and the West mountains making for great sun rises and sets every day. There is room in the driveway for one vehicle. Utilities will be a flat fee of $75/month and include internet, trash/recycling, gas heat, electricity, and water. No smoking allowed on premise. The home is full furnished as shown in the pictures. I will be out of town for ~2 months, from Nov 24th-Feb 12th or possibly slightly longer. While I'm gone I would like to sublet the apartment for as much of that period as possible.
