Zion National Park is only an hour away! My home is available for a six month rental. A $400 utility fee is added to the monthly rent to cover utilities, Wi-Fi, spa maintenance, etc. In addition, a $300 cleaning fee is charged. This is a six month lease from mid May to mid November. Since this is my home six months out of the year, it is well appointed with everything you will need!
