My roommate and I are studying abroad for spring semester and we are looking for 2 girls to sublease our bedrooms. One bedroom is also available for summer 2015 as well. The house is close to University of St. Thomas on Selby Ave. The bedrooms are good size with big closets and a bathroom that is shared. The other 2 girls who live there are super friendly, fun, and clean. The house has parking in the back with a garage and has all appliances! If the price per month is too much we are willing to negotiate and pay for some of it. Let me know if you are interested!
