It's a really nice house. Lots of quality here. But the owner says it's all about the river. The house is right in town... walk to restaurants, village shops, etc. However if you boat a couple hundred feet down river, you have miles and miles of nature all to yourself. Most enjoy the world class fishing, but the owner enjoys the nature. So, using a cell phone camera, he made a 5 minute video of what he likes. It's amateur, but it does show the river.
