We are a small community of nine apartments a block away from the Key Arena. The building looks like a large house at first glance. Being in the Uptown / Lower Queen Anne neighborhood we are an easy walk to so many things, the bus, restaurants, grocery stores, movies, the Elliott Bay Park, the post office, a number of gyms, and much more. We are just a couple of blocks from the Seattle Center. You can see the Space Needle from the front yard. The original building was built in 1908 and the apartments are bigger than the what you will find in the new buildings now. W,S,G are included in the rent and parking is available.
