They say "best things come in small packages" & this 1 bedroom home is no exception. Built for efficiency, the pellet stove keeps the entire home warm. Owners recently remodeled the bathroom & added a tankless water heater, improved plumbing, designed a custom back landing with a ramp access for favorite pets, & added a garbage disposal in the kitchen. For a small home, you'll love how large the kitchen is with lovely cabinets & added storage under the stairs. A lg loft bedroom upstairs accommodates a king-sized bed. A door leads to a balcony where you'll love to greet the morning sunrise & have shaded evening nightcaps. The balcony needs some TLC but it will be a favorite spot when it is improved. There's storage shed & plenty of room for a garden & you can add a pool because the yard is fully enclosed with a 6ft cedar picket privacy fence that has recently been installed. Sellers enjoy the quiet country feel of the neighborhood. This is a great affordable starter home or investment property. Low taxes & utility costs.
