This house is not big (perfect for 1-3 people) but has newer windows, good central heat & air, tiled shower, solid surface/laminate floors, laundry area and large fenced backyard, good roof .great location to Bixby schools and Bentley Park. I highly recommend completing the Zillow application prior to contacting us. Income and job are most important and minimum combined income of 40K and/or $22/hr is required. We do background checks and verify rental history. You should have a copy of your credit report available. Must keep a clean home and yard - we are considering yard service for an additional fee because the yard is big and it can be difficult to maintain. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (electric, water, trash) and yard mowing/maintenance. Minimum 12 month lease required. Pets are typically not allowed but a $250 pet deposit is required if owner agrees.
