I am asking $1200 per month plus $1200 security deposit and $50 application fee. The tenant pays her/his own electric through AES, gas through CenterPoint Energy, and water. No pets and I am looking for a non smoker. The apartment is located next to the Dayton Art Institute, Grand View Hospital, downtown, I-75, SCC and UD.
