    Some of you may ask Where is Dearing Kansas it is located west of Coffeyville and South of Independence KS about 15 min to each. Dearing is a small town with a fire department, city park, great little restaurant, convenience store and gas station and post office. This home needs some work but it has newer windows, good roof, central heat and air, is located on a 12000 sq. ft lot and has a 2 car detached garage.The house has aluminum or steel siding.
