Recently painted, electric fireplace, modern appliances, fenced in patio, and great amenities - plenty of parking, gym, pool, tennis courts, etc. This is a very nice place, and I'm very selective on tenants. If you have good credit, good income, etc. - then this is the place for you. I own the unit next door, and its rented to a professional couple that love the place. If you are serious, give me a call.
