Parking is conveniently located by each cottage, gravel driveway. We are located 7 minutes from downtown Saluda, 20/25 minutes from Flatrock/Hendersonville. This is a country setting, quiet and peaceful. Great area for walking, hiking or biking. The cottages were all updated and restructured in the last 5-7 years. Lease is a minimum of 6 months, can be month to month after that. A Security deposit is required, 1 months rent. Internet and trash pickup are included. Electric is provided by Duke Energy and is the responsibility of the renter(s). There is no smoking in the cottages. No extra vehicles can be parked or kept on the property, no unregistered vehicles stored on the premises. No structures of any kind can be built or placed on the property. Tenants are responsible for flushing and cleaning the mini-split units filter monthly. Tenants are responsible for placing their trash in assigned can for pick up each and putting can back in the covered bins each week.
