Tenant is responsible for all utilities (electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, cable and internet) and upkeep on the yard, no pets and no smoking Tenants is responsible for all utilities and placing the utilities in their name, renters insurance is optional for the tenant to obtain to cover their belongings, No nails nor screws along on the walls of said property only commando strips, No smoking, No drugs, and parking along front of property and vehicles has to be properly licensed and tagged. I meet in person only and rent transactions are done in person as well showing drivers license as proof of identity.
