When I first moved to Seattle, I lived in this condo for two years and I miss it. The layout of the condo is very comfortable and convenient, the kitchen has a large counter that overlooks the living room which maximizes space and creates an open-concept room, allowing you to interact with guests or family in the living space while preparing food. The location is great, it's close to everything in Seattle including walking distance to great coffee shops, restaurants, and transit, as well as the Burke Gilman Trail, and the included parking spot in the garage makes it easy to get in and out of the condo on those days when you're driving a vehicle. The south-facing windows and open-air porch with sliding glass door provide lots of light into the condo which is a huge plus in Seattle.
