We include 1 parking spot with rent. Cats are allowed at this property. They require a one-time fee of $250 and $50 pet rent per month. Cats MUST be approved by management before moving in. One cat is permitted unless otherwise agreed upon with management. When applying, we require all tenants who plan to reside in the unit to submit their own applications.
