This is a 9 bedroom house located at 209 Park Ave Youngstown Oh. The $475 rent is just for one private room. All the utilities will be prorated at the end of the month then added to the next months rent. The rooms approximate 250 sq/ft with shared large common area/living room, deck, free washer/dryers, four bathrooms, a communal kitchen (two refrigerators, gas stove/oven, over range microwave, dishwasher), two different entrances/exits, and parking lot. each room has its own mini-fridge that is to be kept clean and working. There will be a one time $475 deposit that is reimbursed at the end of your lease term if no damages are done. The prorated utilities pays for water, gas, electric, and waist. There is free internet. All renters are required to have renters insurance that you could purchase from all the major insurance providers (GIEKO, Lemonade, State Farm, Etc.) that can cost you anywhere from $5-$15. If you do not purchase your own, we will automatically put you on ours and charge you a $13.50 insurance fee. The rooms are located just one block away from the YSU campus as well as a few different local restaurants adjacent to a large park (Wick Park). If it is listed there are still availabilities.
