I can't say enough great things about this seaside community home. It's absolutely everything you could want for a coastal lifestyle. The house is comfortable, but also fun and exciting. It has that 'coming into a beach house feeling' where you know you're going to have a good time.'' You can enjoy the swimming pool, sit by the firepit, enjoy the 4th of July fireworks without leaving your home or take a walk to the beach, fish on the pier & enjoy the local restaurants. On the first floor you'll find a perfect in-law apartment. The kitchen has quartz countertops, there are 2 bedrooms (1 has no closet) a large living area, full bath & laundry room. Step outside the glass doors and you'll be on your screened in porch overlooking the pool.
