This WINTER RENTAL is available from October 1, 2026 - May 15, 2027. It is a single-family home in a great neighborhood in Point Pleasant Beach. It is a block from town and a bike ride to the beach. It comes fully furnished, with area rugs, a fully stocked kitchen, one queen bed in the main bedroom, one full bed in the guest bedroom, and two twin beds in the back bedroom. Washer and dryer in the basement. The winter rental includes NO towels, blankets, sheets, or pillows. We have allergies in the family, so NO Smoking, No Vaping, or No Pets. WINTER RENTAL from October 1, 2026 - May 15, 2027 This is NOT a yearly rental. You must pay for gas, electricity, and water. We have no cable but we supply three smart TV's and internet. Occupancy is 4 person max. Only two parking spots. Must do a credit and background check.
