We are looking for an individual renter with no pets for the basement of a 3 bedroom log cabin house on W Main St. A lovely couple lives in the main level log cabin. This rental is for the basement, which has it's own entrance, mudroom, stairs, bedroom, and bathroom. This is a newly renovated space with brand new floors, walls, and entire bathroom. There is a medium size fridge provided. We can include a 7' x 10' storage unit (located right next to the house) for an additional $50. Water and electrical bills are a flat rate of $100 per month (paid to upstairs tenants). WiFi is available for $45 per month. This home is across the street from McPhelemy Park and a block away from the public library. No dogs or cats allowed. You will have one dedicated, off street parking spot. Visiting guests will have street parking. A move in date of September 15 - October 1 is ideal for us. Lease can be 6-12 months long with the option of extending. Available for rent beginning September 15. We are open to signing a 6-12 month lease, as long as tenant is in good standing with prior landlords.
