An additional monthly pet fee of $50 if accepted. Tenants will be responsible to clean up after their pets or a fine will be issued. Water is included, tenants are responsible for cable, electric and all other utilities. There is no smoking, however there are private balconies for each apartment and street parking is available. All brand new appliances, there is no on-site laundry at this time however we plan to build a coin operated laundry facility shortly on the ground floor.
