Property is located in the quiet and desired area of Sunnyside, which is just a few minutes from the iconic 30A area of South Walton and a short distance from Pier Park in Panama City Beach. At Family Tides, you're centrally located to be near many of the region's attractions and amenities. The house is also lovingly cleaned, sanitized, and carefully prepared for each guest. You'll enter the house with a door code, so there's no keys to keep up with! Our goal is for each guest to be comfortable, and for family trips to become a tradition. Family Tides has 2 King rooms, 1 Queen room, as well as two bunk rooms. We can comfortably sleep 14 guests in beds. Guests also have access to a GOLF CART that is included with each reservation. Golf cart is brand new, and seats 6 people. Your family is just a short golf cart ride from the beach. Neighborhood is a low traffic area, so you'll be there before you can say "Sandcastle!" Family Tides is also pet friendly! We have a large fenced in backyard, with plenty of room for your furry friends to stretch their legs. Pet fee is $150 per pet. There is a $100 fee for each guest after 10 guests, with a maximum of 14 guests allowed in the home. Other amenities: Propane grill (gas included), Wi-Fi, smart tv's in each room, new memory foam mattresses in each room, additional pillows and blankets, fully stocked kitchen. We offer a military/first responders discount of 20% off of the rental rate when you send us a copy of your active ID card in one of these fields. Send us a message for more details! A rental agreement must be signed to secure your reservation. There is a ring doorbell camera on this property. Guest must be at least 25+ years of age to rent this property, ID verification required. Please inquire about monthly rentals in the off season of November to the end of February.
