The open-concept kitchen, dining and bar area flow into a spacious living area with gas fireplace, generous seating and access to an expansive patio with panoramic views and plenty of space for lounging, dining and grilling. The Lazy Bear Suite has patio/hot tub access and features a king bed, walk-in closet, smart TV, double vanity, large copper soaking tub (with views!) and a stand-alone shower. The Pine Tree Room features a queen bed, sitting area, closet, and is steps from a modern, 3/4 bathroom. The Chalk Cliff Suite (patio access, full bed, closet, and smart TV) and The Bear Cub Room (2 twin beds, closet and play area) are Jack-and-Jill style with the shared bathroom featuring a double vanity and separate tub/shower and toilet area. Starlink high-speed internet is included so you can work and stream without interruption. A detached, oversized 2-car garage and RV hookup round out the amenities of this modern mountain lodge. Dining and shopping are not far - just 20 minutes to Buena Vista and 30 minutes to Salida. For the outdoor enthusiast, the lodge's proximity to hiking trails, ATV trails, Monarch Mountain, and the Arkansas River ensures recreational opportunities year-round. After a day of exploration, unwind by gathering around the fire, soaking in the lodge's private hot tub, or head on over to Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort - it's just a 5 minute drive. Available as a month-to-month rental, for a maximum of 6 consecutive months. Signed rental agreement is required. Rent is due one the first of the month and late after the 3rd. Late rent payments will incur a $200 fee. Renter is responsible for the electric bill. Renter's insurance required. Up to 2 well-behaved pets are allowed. $100/month pet fee (nonrefundable) No smoking inside the home. Security cameras (front door and garage interior) are in place for guest safety.
