We're looking for our 5th housemate. 2nd floor furnished bedroom in a 6 bedroom home located in a newly developed community is available to rent for 6 months or longer. Room #3: Shared bathroom with a female. Rent is 700/month plus utilities that are evenly split with the rest of the roommates. Kitchen and cleaning supplies are also split (mostly quarterly). Shared areas: Living room Kitchen Dining room Laundry room The house is a home and upkept very clean and calm by 4 adult roommates. Single occupancy. Must be employed outside home (no remote).No smoking/vaping indoors. No pets. Considerate and respectful of the rest of the house and roommates.
