This is a farm house style of home. It has a very large private yard and a large 2 1/2 car garage with additional room for a shop area. It has a nice eat-in kitchen, a butlers pantry, laundry room. It has nice wood floors in some of the rooms. The appliances are functioning and included. It needs a new furnace and water heater. It could use some roof work and paint or siding. I have priced this house to sell knowing these improvements are needed. Never had any pets in the house.
