Parking: Abundant street parking, and shared driveway space with existing roommate. Ideal renter: Preferably female, but flexible for the right fit (LGBTQ friendly!) We don't need to be best friends, but we expect respect and clear communication to be priorities so we can maintain a calm and happy home.
