Amazing little townhouse for June 1st! - Relocating for work to Texas and am leaving this amazingly quaint and affordable townhouse in Highland Park. 2 floors of clean but vintage St. Paul charm - All white walls, hardwood floors, and tons of windows. - Downstairs super light filled living room and dining room, plus a kitchen with a cute back door to leave open - 2 large upstairs bedrooms, one 17x14 (!) and the other about 12 x 14. One bathroom, all white and well upkept fixtures. - Only pay heat/electric, which often for us is as low as $3.00! Highest bill we've ever had is around $35. - PRIVATE STREETS, no additional cost for resident parking. This means, NO TICKETS, SNOW EMERGENCIES or the chance of waiting multiple days for plowing. - Extremely accommodating office staff, always responsive and helpful with anything you need. - Starbucks is right around the corner, plus great restaurants and little shops like Patina, Quixotic Coffee and the Highland movie theater Renter pays heat/electric
