    I am a conscientious landlord who answers phone calls and takes care of maintenance problems as they occur. It is very important to me to find tenants who respect their neighbors and allow them to peacefully enjoy their apartments. I am a reasonable man who treats people as I would like to be treated, and expects the same in return. I have a two bedroom apartment available in Saginaw township. There are two bedrooms, a living room , a single bath, and a kitchen large enough to accommodate a table and chairs. There is also a small utility room with hook ups for a washer and dryer. There are windows in every room, and the unit is bright. This building was built 1n the 1960s, and there is no basement or garage, though there is parking for two cars. I still need to clean through out, and am starting to paint and clean. I could have it ready by the 14th. Tenants pay their own power bills, gas and electric. I pay the water bill. The security deposit is the same as the rent. The best way to inquire about the unit is by email, and if you really want the best chance to rent the unit, email puts you at the head of the line. You can try to text between 10am and 2pm during the week, but I would discourage you to try to contact me by phone, as I am working on the apartments throughout the day and have no way to take notes.
