Landlord bills tenant for water/sewer. Any rent due plus water/sewer must be received by the Landlord no later than the 5th of the month to avoid receiving an additional $50 late fee. Tenant is responsible for shoveling and salting their own sidewalk and driveway during the winter season. They are also responsible for keeping their lot free of any leaves, limbs, debris, etc. Tenant is responsible for outdoor yard maintenance.
