This is a newly renovated large 3 bedroom 2 bath doublewide home located in the Evergreen MHC just outside of downtown Ionia. The lease is Month-to-Month and automatically renews at the end of each period until either party provides the other with a written 30-day notice of intent to terminate lease agreement. Rent includes the house payment, lot rent, & monthly trash service. Tenant is responsible for the gas and electric provided thrpugh Consumers Energy and also will receive a monthly water/sewer bill from the park. All pets must be pre-approved prior to moving the pet into the home. There is a maximum of (2) pets per household. Each pet requires a $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet and each pet increases the monthly rent obligation $25 per month per pet.
