Bird Town is the original neighborhood in this area. Recently, Bird Town has been named a historic district. It's called Bird Town because all the streets are named after birds. Harrison Elementary School was rebuilt and expanded with state of the art classrooms and equipment. It's a great neighborhood to raise a family in.
