We are predominately owners with a homeowners association and covenants. As such the value of our houses has been consistently higher than average for vinyl sided homes. Resale value has doubled since inception in 1996. The community has a 20 acre conservation zone between it and another development of view homes on the other side of the hill. The development is conveniently near the business district without being too close to any main street. The main street abutting the development has a six foot tall screening cedar fence, that is about 800' long. A fairly strong core of original homeowners lends itself to introducing new neighbors to the convenant rules and this community has had no serious conflicts.
