With 2 bathrooms upstairs, including the master bath having a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. There is a full bath on the main floor in the addition area that is equiped with a walk in shower, with built-in seat to sit and relax, and a stainless handrail for support to hold on to for extra personal safety. There's also partial bath on the main floor with just has a toilet and a sink. Also has a laundry / mud room on the main floor. Standard upkeep items include having the main roof redone on the house in 2018. The backup downstairs gas furnace and the upstairs heat pump were also replaced a few years back. Also the four large outside porch columns were originally made out of wood and have been replaced with composite columns that should never rot.
