Due to office relocation we are relocating from California and hence would give a notice to our leasing office on 1st Dec 2017 and would vacate the flat on 31st December 2017. Post which the Leasing office would put ad for this apartment for rent with an expected rent of $3100 per month. I am writing this post with an intention of anyone who is currently looking for a move to Cupertino(10 rating Elementary/Middle/High school) can contact me and I can connect him/her with the leasing officers. I am writing this post because my leasing agreement is till Feb 25th 2018 and if some party who are really interested to occupy this property anytime between 1st Jan 2018 to Feb 25th 2018, I will be able to save some penalty that otherwise I have to pay to the leasing company.
