This is a one-bedroom guest house on our gated 2.5-acre property. It is fully furnished and has a kitchenette, gas fireplace, large deck, full bathroom, and private hot tub with an outside shower that is for the exclusive use of the guest house tenant. We have two larger dogs that have the run of the property and three chickens. We would consider allowing a pet as long as they are good with other dogs and can ignore the chickens who sometimes come out of their coop to hang with our dogs. This was previously an Airbnb, but due to new ADU restrictions in Deschutes County, the lease needs to be a minimum of 30 days. We require at least a 1 month lease but would ideally like someone interested in staying until May, 2025. The guest house is NOT available from Memorial Day to Labor Day (the summer months.)
