The condo is clean and in good condition. However, the wall-to-wall carpeting is original and only the kitchen walls have been repainted. The following major appliances are in good working order and are included, i.e. dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, washer, and electric dryer. The refrigerator is included, but has an ice maker water supply that needs to be fixed.
